Custom Made Shirts

OUR SHIRTS

All of our shirts are 100% custom made to an individual’s 11 to 14 different measurements, which is transferred on pattern paper, thus having a unique template for each client.

All shirts are bench cut and sewn with single needle machines to get smooth French seems.

Collars and cuffs are cut out of cotton canvas, and then fused with a special press machine, heated to 370º Fahrenheit to avoid bubbling and to give long lasting durability.

All front plackets are hand turned and ironed without any lining inside, to give the shirt a soft and flowing front. We put about 16 to18 stitches per inch, sparing no effort to make a superior shirt.
